Our People

DedON never outsources to a mystery third party, all of our projects are completed by trained, experienced DedON employees.

Our field agents are all architecturally trained or experienced and once they join our team they complete an intensive, detailed training program created by DedON to ensure they are ready to hit the ground running and assist our clients in any way that may be necessary. The first two weeks of training involve mastering software and procedures, the next four they are in the field working on real projects with a senior member of our operations team.

The DedON team is determined to remain ahead of the curve in all aspects of their field, they undergo monthly performance reviews to ensure their potential is being maximized.
