How Our Journey Started

I founded DedON in hopes of helping people in the retail industry work smarter. That’s why since day one, our practice has been very intentional in reaching a goal, which is to help our clients decide more confidently, plan with more precision without the unneeded stress on time or budget.

On site CAD Drawings

We streamlined Field Agents' work by creating on-site CAD drawings, replacing paper-based data collection.

2003

First Site Survey Team

We hired our first surveyor, and by 2004, our team of four focused on quality Site Surveys, developing the robust process still in use today.

2005

First Office & ONpoint

We celebrated the opening of our office and launch of our proprietary project delivery platform.

2009

Store Planning Team

Given our experience in analyzing spaces, learned through surveying, we started offering our Clients store planning services helping them plan stores better.

2011

Revit Services

We adopted Revit, a globally recognized BIM tool, to provide clients with a powerful 3D modeling solution and integrated components database.

2013

25 Employees

We celebrated another significant milestone, reaching 25 full-time employees, marking a significant step in our growth and expansion.

Installation Service

Our store layout mastery led us to support Clients with stress-free installation expertise based on their vision.

Laser Scaning

We incorporated laser scanning for Field Agents to enhance drawing accuracy and detail post-mapping, enabling quicker on-site data capture over larger areas.

Our first logo revamp based on our new branding endeavour.

DedON invests in Matterport, providing clients with immersive 3D tours of their spaces, and our team explores innovative applications of Matterport scans in on-site data collection.
