Prior to the implementation of a new retail store concept, which includes a new design and service strategy and to build a customer experience more relevant to their target customer, Rogers requires visual and 2D references of both the customer-facing areas (FOH) and the spaces behind the sales floor (BOH) for all its locations, to assist with prioritizing their remodeling investment.
Rogers has partnered with DedON for the past 8+ years to create a database repository of end-to-end Photographic and As-Built Surveys of all retail outlets in the network. Every year DedON completes anywhere between 100 - 250 As-Built Surveys dovetailed with Rogers remodeling goals. DedON’s Field Agents visit Rogers Corporate and Dealer locations to take specific and detailed photographs and create CAD Drawings on-site that are delivered as comprehensive, accurate records. These deliverables provide valuable directions for planning store renovations.
The Rogers Construction Team now has a searchable database thanks to DedON’s proprietary Project Management System; ON-Point, and our proven Site Survey capabilities. Having a clear picture of all locations helps Rogers to efficiently map out strong and weak spots visually in existing stores and determine which remodels are likely to pay off. Being able to prioritize the store remodeling schedule has become a key growth strategy to increase store sales productivity.
